FameChecker is a platform that tracks and analyzes celebrity visibility across various AI models and platforms. We provide analytics, reports, and insights about public figures' presence in AI-generated content and responses. The Service includes data aggregation, scoring systems, and comparative analysis tools.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information and data) on FameChecker for personal, non-commercial use only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without permission

The materials on FameChecker are provided on an 'as is' basis. FameChecker makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

FameChecker does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, or data provided through the Service.

5. Data Accuracy and Methodology

Our visibility scores and rankings are generated using proprietary algorithms and data from third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the precision or completeness of our data. Celebrity rankings, scores, and analytics should be used for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for business or legal decisions.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

10. Indemnification

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FameChecker regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and FameChecker relating to your use of the Service.
